Mr. Mullin is admitted to practice nationally before the Internal Revenue Service and the United States Tax Court and maintains a tax defense and criminal defense practice, subject to local court rules, focused on federal and global matters. Mr. Mullin has represented or, in coordination with local counsel, provided assistance in matters in such states as California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas and Virginia, and has provided representation or assistance to clients who are citizens of or have matters emanating from such nations as Albania, Argentina Belize, Bermuda, Canada, China, Colombia, Croatia, Egypt, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Lebanon, Mexico, Northern Ireland, Pakistan, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Sierra Leone, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, and the United Kingdom.
